This policy explains how TrueSelfMap by MyHigherPath, created by Infinite7, processes information within the website and application.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including name, email, preferences, assessment answers, Whole-Life Maps, goals, actions, check-ins, decisions, approved memories, suggested patterns, and journal entries. We also process technical data needed for security, operations, abuse prevention, and error diagnosis.
2. How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, calculate structured scores, personalize Infinite7 AI, save progress, generate daily resets and reviews, process payments, send requested communications, protect the platform, and improve the service.
3. Infinite7 AI and model providers
Infinite7 AI is the personalization layer inside TrueSelfMap. When you request an AI feature, the context needed to fulfill it may be sent to third-party model providers, including OpenAI, to produce the response. We do not claim to have created the underlying foundation model. We limit context to the purpose of the request where reasonably possible.
4. Memory, patterns, and control
Long-term memory may store information you explicitly provided or suggestions derived from your activity. You can review, correct, approve, dismiss, or delete memories and patterns from Settings. You can also disable memory. Important suggestions should not become permanent facts without your ability to see and change them.
5. Sensitive information and emotional safety
We do not request diagnoses. Avoid entering another person’s private information without permission. If the system detects language that may indicate immediate danger or self-harm, it may stop ordinary coaching, display urgent support, and record a limited safety event to operate and improve that protection.
6. Payments
Stripe processes TrueSelfMap Pro payments. We do not store your full card number. We receive identifiers, subscription status, plan, and dates needed to manage access.
7. Cookies, analytics, and email
We use essential cookies for security, access, language, billing, and preferences. The Google tag uses consent mode with analytics storage denied until you opt in; analytics cookies and full measurement begin only after consent. You may choose daily, weekly, or essential-only messages, and MyHigherPath promotions are managed separately.
8. Providers and sale of data
We share only the data needed with hosting, database, authentication, AI, payment, email, monitoring, and analytics providers. We do not sell your conversations or personal information to advertisers.
9. Retention, export, and deletion
We retain information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. You can export your data and delete your account from Settings. Backup copies may take a reasonable period to expire.
10. Security, children, and contact
We apply reasonable controls, but no system guarantees absolute security. TrueSelfMap is not directed to children under 13. For privacy requests, contact info@trueselfmap.com.
